1. Scope of Services

Registry Support Japan LLC (“RSJ”) provides professional support for obtaining and interpreting publicly available Japanese corporate registry-related information and preparing English verification reports for cross-border compliance and procurement purposes.
RSJ’s services are informational in nature and are intended to support a client’s internal decision-making.

RSJ does not provide legal advice, and nothing on this website or in RSJ deliverables should be construed as legal, tax, or regulatory advice.

2. Deliverables

Unless otherwise agreed, RSJ will deliver:

• An English verification report summarizing key findings based on official and reliable resources (e.g., legal name, registration status, registered office, directors/representatives, and other registry-visible particulars)
  
  

• Supporting notes or references, where appropriate
  
  

3. Fees & Payment

Fees will be quoted prior to commencement of work.
Invoices are payable within the payment term indicated on the invoice (e.g., Net 7 / Net 14), unless otherwise agreed.

Unless otherwise agreed, all transfer fees shall be borne by the sender, and the sender is responsible for ensuring RSJ receives the full invoiced amount.

4. Turnaround Time

Standard turnaround time will be indicated at the time of quotation.
Turnaround time may vary depending on complexity, volume, workload, time zone differences, and external factors (e.g., source availability).

5. Confidentiality

RSJ will treat client-provided information and communications as confidential and will not disclose them to third parties, except:

• where required by law, or
  
  

• where necessary to deliver the service (e.g., payment processing)
  
  

6. Limitation of Liability

RSJ makes reasonable efforts to ensure the accuracy of its deliverables based on information available at the time of verification.
However, RSJ does not warrant the completeness, accuracy, or continued validity of registry-related information, which may change without notice.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, RSJ shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including loss of profit, loss of business opportunity, or reputational damage, arising out of or relating to RSJ’s services or deliverables.

7. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Japan.
Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Japan.

9. Evidence & Source Materials

RSJ conducts verification using official and reliable resources.
Depending on the source platform’s terms of use, certain online extracts may not be distributable “as-is.”
Accordingly, RSJ primarily delivers an English verification report, and provides supporting evidence in a compliant manner where appropriate.
